In compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “LFPDPPP” or the “Law”), its Regulations (the “Regulations”), and the Guidelines of the Privacy Notice (the “Guidelines”) Among other applicable and current provisions in Mexico, the following is made available to the holder of personal data:

PRIVACY NOTICE (INTEGRAL) INTENDED FOR WEBSITE

As Owner, we inform you of the terms and conditions under which KUAKTUS SEGURIDAD PRIVADA S.A. DE CV (“GRUPO INFOS” or the “Responsible”) will carry out the processing of personal data that you provide to us and are under our control and scope of reasonable decision, as well as the form and means under which you can exercise your rights to privacy, informational self-determination and data protection, in compliance with the Law, the Regulations, the Guidelines and other applicable provisions.

In the same way, we inform you that during the processing of the personal data that you provide to us, we will establish the necessary measures to comply with the principles of legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility established by Law and Regulations for the personal data that you provide to us.

What information do we collect for internal treatment?

The personal data (hereinafter and collectively “Personal Data”) that you freely and voluntarily provide to Grupo INFOS through this Website www.grupoinfos.com.mx (“Website”) considering at all times the interests that you attend in terms of the Law and Regulations, will include:

(a) Personal Data: name, age, nationality, position, company, email, telephone, cell phone and other data of the same nature and exclusively under this category.

In the same way, we inform you that we do not process personal data of a sensitive nature (“Sensitive Data”) in accordance with the purposes established in this Privacy Notice.

What do we use your information for?

The Personal Data that we treat in accordance with this Privacy Notice will be used only to fulfill, in the first instance, the following purposes:

(a) Primary Purposes or Necessary Purposes: are those that give rise to or are necessary for the achievement of a potential or past relationship between you and Grupo INFOS, that is, to: carry out the first contact between you and the company, for commercial or labor issues.

(b) Secondary Purposes or Non-Necessary Purposes: are those that do not serve the commercial, legal or business relationship, that is, to: (i) evaluate the quality of the products and / or services exchanged; and (ii) contact you personally, by phone or through email for marketing, advertising, commercial or employment prospecting purposes.

If you do not agree with the aforementioned purposes, we inform you that you will have a period of no more than (5) five calendar days from the date on which this Privacy Notice is made available to you to extend us your refusal via email to our Personal Data Office, whose details are provided later.

The rights of the Holder to exercise their rights to the revocation of consent or opposition, in case they do not manifest the refusal for the processing of their personal data, prior to the delivery of the same or their use, remain safe.

With whom do we share your information and under what conditions?

Grupo INFOS may disclose or transfer the Personal Data that you provide to us in accordance with the applicable legislation or upon request of the competent authority, for which the express consent granted by the Holder of said personal data, is not required, as defined by the Law and its Regulations.

In addition, GRUPO INFOS may carry out the transfer of your Personal Data to any holding company, controlled company, subsidiary and / or affiliate that operates under the same internal processes and policies under which GRUPO INFOS operates.

Grupo INFOS may transfer your Personal Data to selected third-party providers with whom Grupo INFOS enters into contracts or for references with other third parties who seek our services and / or products.

The Personal Data that you provide to Grupo INFOS may be compiled and fixed in a database that is the exclusive property of Grupo INFOS, which will be treated limited to the fulfillment of the purposes set in this Privacy Notice. What security and control measures do we use to protect your Personal Data?

Grupo INFOS has implemented administrative, technical and physical security measures, derived from the best international practices in terms of quality and security in the interest of protecting your Personal Data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access or unauthorized treatment, We also demand that they be fulfilled by our partners and business allies, even in the case of services provided by subsidiaries or affiliates of Grupo INFOS.

Exclusion of responsibility of the portal.

The Web Portal may contain hyperlinks or hypertext “links”, banners, buttons and / or search tools on the “World Wide Web” which, when used by the Owner, links to other portals or Internet sites that may be owned by third parties. The Personal Data that the Holder will provide through these portals or Internet sites are not covered by this Privacy Notice and their treatment is not the responsibility of Grupo INFOS. We recommend users to verify the Privacy Notices displayed and applicable to these portals and Internet sites.

The Owner will be able to find within the Web Portal, pages, promotions, microsites, virtual stores, surveys, job boards and other services that may be shared with third parties and that could request their Personal Data (hereinafter “Third Party Sites”). Any information related to the Personal Data that is provided through the Third Party Sites will be subject to the respective privacy notices contained in each of them, unless Grupo INFOS indicates otherwise.

Grupo INFOS advises the Owner that some portal services could include, but are not limited to, discussion forums, personal Internet pages, classified ads, emails, chat rooms, among others. Therefore, the Personal Data that is disclosed through said means could in some cases be accessible by third parties. Grupo INFOS will not be responsible for the use, publication, revelation and / or disclosure that is made regarding the Personal Data used, published, revelation and / or disclosed through the aforementioned means. We recommend the Holder to be careful and responsible for all personal information that they provide in said media.

Who is the person or department responsible for the processing of your Personal Data?

When can you exercise your ARCO rights?

In terms of the Law and the Regulations, at any time you may submit a request to us to exercise your ARCO rights; Grupo INFOS must notify the Holder within a maximum period of twenty days (20) counted from the date on which the request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition was received, the determination adopted so that, if appropriate, it becomes effective the same within the fifteen days following the date on which the response is communicated.

If after the term indicated by the Law and the Regulation, Grupo INFOS does not respond to your request, you may initiate the procedure for the protection of ARCO rights before the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI), whose address is located at Insurgentes Sur No. 3211 Col. Insurgentes Cuicuilco, Delegación Coyoacán, CP 04530, Federal District, the foregoing in accordance with the requirements that are informed by said Institute in due course.

How can you limit the use or disclosure of Personal Data?

  1. By registering in the exclusion list of Grupo INFOS, sectorial or general, indicating the name of the list, the purposes for which the exclusion is applicable and, where appropriate, the channel enabled by Grupo INFOS so that the Holder can obtain more information about it, or
  2. By enabling channels by which the Holder can express his refusal to continue receiving communications or promotions from Grupo INFOS.

For more information about the procedures for the use of these options or mechanisms, the Holder may contact Grupo INFOS via email at our Personal Data Office, whose data has been previously provided.

How can you exercise your ARCO rights and revoke your consent to the treatment?

The Holder of the Personal Data may exercise the ARCO rights (Access, Cancellation, Rectification and Opposition) that by law assist them, or revoke the consent that they have granted to Grupo INFOS for the processing of their Personal Data, either through in person, at the address of our Personal Data Office, that is, at Ganaderos 249, Granjas Esmeralda, Iztapalapa, 09810, Mexico City, or by sending a request, which you can request via email to admingeneral@grupoinfos.com.mx
The “ARCO Rights Request” format is at your disposal, by any of the following means:

  1. On our Website www.grupoinfos.com.mx
  2. In our Personal Data Office located at Ganaderos 249, Granjas Esmeralda, Iztapalapa, 09810, Mexico City, and whose opening hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

Once Grupo INFOS receives your duly signed application, you will receive, as confirmation of receipt, a folio number with which we will integrate your file, and Grupo INFOS must respond to your request within the period indicated in the section foregoing.

Additionally, you may revoke your consent to the processing of your Personal Data at any time by email to our Personal Data area, clearly establishing the Personal Data, the purpose and the activity that you do not authorize us to carry out; as long as they are in our databases or files, or that it is within our reasonable access.

Modifications to the privacy notice

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Notice at any time, either due to the occurrence of any of the cases set out in the Law and that attend to any substantial change in Grupo INFOS, or derived from any modification that affects characteristics of the personal data collected, as well as the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice. In the event that there is any substantial change in this Privacy Notice, you will be notified by any of the following means: (i) Grupo INFOS Internet page, and / or (ii) via email or at the address provided.

We will not be responsible if you do not receive the notification about the change to this Privacy Notice, if there is a problem with your email account, data transmission over the Internet, or for any cause not attributable to Grupo INFOS.

Grupo INFOS will be obliged to make a new Privacy Notice available to you, when Grupo INFOS, in its capacity as Responsible:

  1. Change your identity;
  2. Require to collect Sensitive Personal Data, Patrimonial or Financial additional to those informed in this Privacy Notice, when they are not obtained personally or directly from the Holder and the consent of the same is required;
  3. Change the purposes that originated or are necessary for the legal relationship between Grupo INFOS and the Owner; or, new ones are incorporated that require the consent of the same, or
  4. Modify the transfer conditions or unforeseen transfers will be made initially, and the Holder’s consent is necessary.
